Based on the philosophical attack, this thesis depicted and analyzed the images of Confucius and his followers, and finally, obtained the value meaning of Confucianism in "Chuang tzu", so as to provide some theoretical suggestion for ancient philosophy study.This thesis mainly studies the words Confucius said in "Chuang tzu" and the thoughts implicated so that to grasp the relation between Confucianism and Taoism, as well as the similarities and differences in "Chuang tzu" and "Analects of Confucius", the structure of this thesis is as follow:Part One, is the basic category of Confucianism in "Chuang tzu". The philosophical attack of "Chuang tzu" is based on the doctrine of natural origin, which expounds the Chuang-Tzu’s virtue of nature and Confucius’s virtue of social righteousness, and on this basis, put forward the philosophical significance Confucius and Chuang-Tzus’ view of life and death. And then, with the foundation of Taoism’s nature thoughts, to study the forms of motion of nature law, the meaning of survival of the fittest, the correctness of standard and their correspondences nature, talent and immoral, and they reach the grade of Article dafoehold with pattern of benevolence, thus, entering the disengaged realm of heart tourism until reaching the immoral realm of forget oneself.Part Two, expounds the basic logical distinguishes of Confucius’s thought in "Chuang tzu". The rule of basic category is logical category. It has stipulated "many" and "only" from quantity,"internal" and "external" from space,"nature" and "humanity","personal" and "others" from the effect.Part Three, is the image of Confucius in "Chuang tzu". The images of Confucius are unfolded from unknown, query, modest, cognition and diffuse of Taoism, as well as being remarked and ridicule, to expound the experience and toughening process of Taoism to Confucius, so as to enhance Confucius’s image in "Chuang tzu" and the idea of Taoism higher than Confucianism is also explicate. Part Four, is to demonstrate the image and thought relevant to Confucius in "Chuang tzu". The image and thought directly relevant to Confucius in "Chuang tzu" play an assignable role to Confucianism. They affect the development of Confucianism from dialogue comments directly or indirectly.Part Five, is to state the nature and value of Confucius’s thought and image in "Chuang tzu". The concreteness of Confucius’s image is intimately tied up with abstraction of thought. They co-embody the gradual process of the combination of Confucianism and Taoism, which promote the scholar’s study of philosophy at that time and the following time, and achieve a far-reaching social significance.
