A Research On Communicative Cultural Factors In Foreign Language Teaching Materials And Teaching Effectiveness

There is almost no doubt in the area of teaching Chinese as a foreign language that culture teaching is as important as language teaching. Since the concept that the culture teaching in Chinese teaching should be divided into two parts——knowledge culture and communication culture, which was represented by Zhang Zhanyi, all kinds of qualitative and quantitative researches about this concept are never interrupted. So far, the classification work of communication culture has made a lot of fruitful results. What’s more, the research has already spread to the research field of textbook writing. Therefore, I take use of my own teaching experience in Chiangmai Rajabhat University, focusing on the study of communicational culture in the textbook of New Standard Chinese Textbook and the effect of students’learning.The first chapter of article introduced the reasons why I select this topic, the significance and research object of the article. Some related concepts and theoretical research are involved in this part as well.The second chapter is aimed to classify and count the communicational culture tactors in New Standard Chinese Textbook, and analyze them in four perspectives of systematic, representative, phased and synchronic situation.The third chapter is set to investigate students’learning effect and make a comprehensive analysis combined the data from textbook and convey which was delivered in Chiangmai Rajabhat University earlier.The last chapter is aimed to give three suggestions for the edition work of Chinese textbook in the future base on the researches before.
