In the history of Ming Dynasty popular fictions,fictions about legal cases which printed in jian-yang have left a brilliant page,also are an important part of the whole Chinese ancient novels.From the point of the fictions about legal cases album at that time,the quantity of works, the reader groups and the impact of the aspectjianyang publication about legal cases have incomparable advantages.Therefore, this thesis is based on the fictions about legal cases in the Ming dynasty, try to research into fictions Ming Dynasty about legal cases which printed in jian-yang and explore the cause of prosperity in a comprehensive view.Through the interpretation of the text,this thesis on one hand discusses on the jianyang publication about legal cases and the relationship between the law books,on the other hand has a more comprehensive analysis of the influence of regional culture Jian-yang inscribed on the fictions about legal cases in order to show jianyang publication about legal cases in the Ming dynasty influence on later generations.
