As everyone knows, graphic design is different from the basic of traditional painting artlies in its business and for the community’s "democracy", as the ultimate goal is to conveyinformation. The design style of today’s graphic design is not what we think ten years agotwo-dimensional stationary, with digital network new media art represented by informationmedia, as the foundation, new graphic design based on psychological sense, and gradually tothe2D,3D or4D interactive device design direction. This conforms to the new form ofcontemporary new media development, the fields of research and application of graphicdesign has greatly expanded, uneven planes have become the new characteristics. Along withthe digital information era, at the same time to the graphic design has also broughtunprecedented changes. This change even beyond the impact brought about by the inventionof printing in graphic design. Digital information age, not only to bring the design tools,design methods and design thinking of the change, also brought the design object of therevolution, network, digital TV, digital games, computer software and other new mediaappeared, which makes the application of graphic design range is greatly expanded,"newmedia" has become a graphic design the new favorite, all this is the graphic design to thehistory of the development of fashion.Therefore, graphic design is very active factors in modern design, and graphic designunder the new media environment, the advantage of this design change in the tide of darling,graphic design study for the new media environment, can understand the impact of thedevelopment of graphic design, design and technology, design tools for change of graphicdesign from a a side, and to explore the way of development of innovation of graphic designunder the new media environment.In this thesis, the impact of new media on graphic design as a starting point, through theactual design case analysis summary, combined with the investigation and practice, drawlessons from the related research results at home and abroad, graphic design innovationanalysis of new media era influence objectively, find its design principle, to achieve the purpose of the study.
