When people with relative strong power attack the ones who are weak repeatedlywithout being irritated,we call this behaviour bullying, and it includes three maincharactertistics:the power of both is unbalanced, the bullies suffer no irritation ordeliberate defiance and the behaviour happens repeatedly. According to the children’sperformance in the behaviour of bullying,we can divide them into three kinds ofroles, they are bullies, victims and nonparticipants. Children’s bullying behavior is oneof the behaviour which happen frequently in the campus,it can adverse negative impacton children’s personality development and mental health,so for30years,childrenbullying is always one of the key topics in the field of psychology and schooleducation.Attitude is a relatively permanent tendency which means if people like or dislikesomeone or something, as dual attitudes model points out, people can have two types ofevaluations on the same object at the same time, one is called as explicit attitude whichreflect people’s realized or acknowledged thoughts, the other one is called as implicitattitude which reflect people’s unrealized or automatically activated thoughts.Specifically, the implicit attitude refers to a kind of unconscious trace as a result of pastexperience and existing attitude,it can have an influence on people’s emotionaltendency, knowledge and behaviour reaction on social object. Compared with theexplicit attitude, implicit attitude is more stable and proves decisive in behaviour. This article starts from the angle of peer attitude,83students who come fromGrade4of one primary school in Zhangdian Zone,Zibo,Shandong are selected asresearch subjects,I investigate pupils’ explicit attitudes and implicit attitudes on bulliesand victims in the class in order to provide a new perspective to the research ofbullying problems, at the same time, it can bring important guiding significance on theprevention and intervention of bullying behaviour in the campus. The research is divided into two parts, the first part aims to divide subjects intogroups and screen experiment materials, I distribute peer nomination questionnaires topupils of two classes in the fourth grade, combining with the teacher evaluation, Iselect the pupils who bully others most frequently and who are bullied most frequently in the class, at the same time all the pupils are divided into different groups which arenamed as bullies, victims and nonparticipants. The first part is the preparing part of theresearch. The second part is the formal study, it includes two studys. In study1, I adoptthe peer rating method in order to investigate pupils’ explicit attitudes on bullies andvictims; In study2, approach-avoidance pattern is adopted to investigate pupils’implicit attitudes on bullies and victims and the difference of attitudes from differentbullying roles and different gender. The research conclusions are as follows:(1)Pupils’ explicit and implicit attitudes on bullies and victims are consistent, compared with being bullied peers, pupils prefer peers who always bully others andhave a more positive attitude on them.(2)Compared with pupils of bullies role, pupils of victim role prefer peers whoalways bully others or being bullied by others and have a more positive implicitattitude on them; in addition, gender effects don’t exist in pupils of different bullyingroles.
