When we compare two things, we mainly compare the dissimilarities to highlight their characteristics.Being a special language form, proverbs contain a lot of cultural information, which provide us with a special angle of view for comparison. Since Kazak and Han nationality have different beliefs, history, living environment and languages, there are plenty of comparability. In this pater,we try to find rhetoric of proverbs contents, structures in an attempt to contrast, explore it contains unique and profound historical and cultural connotations, reveal two very different ethnic characteristics and concept of national character. At the same time, we give theoretic basis for take the advantages and of the two nations and achieving their common progress, and provide guidance in culture intercommunicating of the two nations.The main content is as following:Part Ⅰ, introduction. Mainly introduces the research significance, literature review,research significance and methods.Part Ⅱ, Chinese Kazak proverb content comparison. Mainly includes the Chinese proverbs content classification, Kazak proverbs content classification. Chinese Kazak proverb content contrast. Part Ⅲ, Han Kazak proverbs contrast. Mainly includes the sentence, complex sentence proverb comparison type comparison.Part Ⅳ, Chinese Kazak proverbs rhetoric comparison. Mainly includes the Chinese proverbs rhetoric method, Kazak proverbs rhetoric method. commonly used Chinese Kazak proverbs rhetoric comparison.Part Ⅴ, conclusion.Part Ⅱ, part Ⅲ and part Ⅳ is the main section of this paper.Since the extensive content of Chinese and Kazak proverbs, it can not be contained in one paper. Due to the limitation of time and the writer’s personal ability, it is a pity that further study on this has not been done, hoping they can be amended in the future.
