| This paper interpretes technology from the aspects of language, historical dimension,knowledge dimension and ecological dimension, and reverls the essence of technology.When people use technology to meet their needs, the man has become the subject oftechnology, and also has become the object of technology. This paper studies technology ofharm to human body from two aspects of human subject and object. It must understand theecological relationship between technology and human body, in order to thoroughly revealthat technology is how to cause harm to human body.People need to use technology to get human materials, information and energy in theecosystem, during which the former has become the subjective. Without technology, peoplecan not get clothes, food, shelter and travel, which was the basic necessities of life. However,through these technologies, humans continue to destroy the entire ecosystem. Water, air,sunlight, soil these essential natural resources for human survival has been contaminated.Technology has caused damages to human beings in the process of meeting people’smaterial, energy, information technology needs.At the same time, when people are being studied, they become the objective. Themodern western medicine has treated human bodies as the objective of technology throughhelping patients away from the disease by the doctor’s treatment. However, with thespecialization of western medical science and technology, doctors are increasingly relying ondatas resulting from advanced medical equipments to diagnose diseases but ignoring that thepatient is an organic whole. As a result, the use of the western medical science causes harmto human bodies.In a word, the application of technology has harmed to human body and destroied theecological relationship between people and technology. We should choose the path ofsustainable development of technology, which makes technology to reduce or even eliminatethe harm to human body. |
