The Comprehensive Evaluation Research Of The Workload Based On The Physical Examination And Music To Adjust

The development of modern science and technology is people oriented.In the modernknowledge intensive work operation system,people is one of the important factors, also theonly element that has initiative,mutability and larger uncertainty, so how to develop and useperson’s largest initiative is important. Therefore, we should research and quantitative assessperson’s characters in a system. In other word, in order to improve work efficiency,reduceworkload and empress inhibit work fatigue of the whole system, it is necessary to researchand quantitative assess person’s characters and state in work.In terms of person’s characters in work, the research contents varies. And the veryimportant research method is to assess work burden by studying person’s physiology andfatigue. At the same time, to study how to reduce workload and develop efficiency is alwaysthe final purpose of the research. besides, some research shows that music is able to easeperson’s pressure in both physiology and mentality.The purpose is to explore how to ease the burden of people in knowledge-intensive work.Considering the correlation of the operator’s concentration, tension, fatigue and so on as abenchmark, physiological state is tested. They are evaluated by quantitative method, thechange of brain waves and myoelectric potential due to the accumulation of high precisionlabor and the workload generated by visual fatigue. Moreover, the music adjustment is used toalleviate the workload. The results show that the operator’s workload increases with thenumber of operations, and the unskilled person’s workload is significantly higher than theskilled person’s. The music adjustment plays an important role to ease and reduce theworkload, the spirit and the muscle tension and fatigue are reduced.
