Previous studies have shown:the factor of Team Conflict affected Team Effectiveness, when the team conflict, team effectiveness will be reduced. There are also studies confirmed that emotional intelligence can effectively influence team performance. In modern society, team work is becoming more frequent, the emotional intelligence is more and more understanding of peoples, while the interaction between the two, the impact on team performance, is few studies. Understanding of emotional intelligence team conflict and team performance regulation, can effectively help business recognize the utility of emotional intelligence in the team working, but also to promote public understanding of the emotional intelligence correctly.Methods:The study used Schutte (1998) of "Emotional Intelligence Scale", Jehn (1995) Conflict Scale and Tjosvold (1988) Efficacy Scale teams, a total of54options the total questionnaire. Evaluation of the117participants in the actual situation, examines the emotional intelligence of team conflict and team effectiveness of regulation.Results:(1) emotional intelligence can effectively reduce the impact of conflict on team performance team.①can be seen in the study:the interaction term emotional intelligence into conflict with the team to model the dependent variable, the coefficient of determination to change the value of0.091(p<0.001), described emotional intelligence is a team conflict and team effectiveness moderator, weaken the role play.②in this study, for the different dimensions of team conflict, adjust the intensity of the role are not the same. In the three years following the seniority group, the coefficient of determination of the first layer of the model is0.483(p<0.001), differences in the coefficient of determination was0.228second layer model test was significantly (p<0.001), described in the following three years seniority group emotional intelligence is the ability to weaken the team conflict on team performance negatively affected. This conclusion shows that with the growth of working time, when the team conflict, employees can better use their accumulated relevant skills to deal with conflict, so as to ensure a high team performance.
