Yunnan, as domestic silver’s main producing area in Ming dynasty, occupies an important position in the country. Therefore, it has important meaning to research Yunnan silver. In this paper, through the study of the changes of Yunnan silver mining management courses, I will explore the silver mining business problems and emphatically analyzes the Wanli period of "The disadvantages of mining tax".Introduction:mainly introduces the reason and significance of the topic, research review, research ideas and thesis framework, research focus and difficulty.The first part mainly focuses on the distribution and characteristics of Yunnan silver. Yunnan silver producing area is wide. Silver is rich and has good quality.The second part mainly introduces the exploitation and management of silver ore in Yunnan province in the Ming dynasty. Silver is got after mining and smelting. This process is finished by miners including soldiers, prisoners, refugees and the poor. In order to strengthen the management of silver mining in Yunnan, the government set up a special organization,"silver field institution", and sent officials to Yunnan to impose silver tax.The third part mainly introduces the situation of Yunnan silver tax. Yunnan silver tax is less important than Fujian and Zhejiang in the period of Yongle to Xuande in the country. After Tianshun, the amount of Yunnan silver tax becomes the main part.The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in Yunnan silver mining. These problems gradually accumulated to the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty. With a large number of foreign inflow of silver, silver price fell, and further lead to people living in poverty, and ultimately led to "The disadvantages of mining tax".The conclusion is a summary of the full text, and points out that the historical phenomenon is the result of joint action of many factors.
