| This research based on a practical activity of community video which I have participated in. At that time. Ⅰ, as intern in public welfare program, went to Jinduo village in Yunnan province for organizing and teaching the local villagers to use the Digital Video to record the local traditional culture and community activities, in order to improve their identity and confidence of the community, and give power to individuals finally. However, in the process of interaction with the villagers, we suffered from a series of difficulties of empowerment. I describe various difficulties I have encountered in details in this paper, and analyzed the reason that caused the difficulties of empowerment at the end of the auricle. |
