There are six main places where have collected this collection:Peking University library,The Capital Library, Sun yat-sen university library in Guangzhou, Institute of China academy of art opera,The institute of historical languages, academia sinica in Taipei and Japan institute of Oriental culture. Originally,A lot of folk songs have been collected in the collection of Qing Mongolia Palace of The Che Princes, most of them are collected in Peking University library and The institute of historical languages, academia sinica in Taipei now. The twenty two folk songs involved in this paper are all collected in The Capital Library.The main body of my paper will be worked out four chapters discussed:Firstly,In combination with literary background at that time, Analysis of the controversy about Che Princes of academia, the source of this collection and collecting situation and the causes of folk songs in it. Secondly, Study on the sing tune of these folk songs, introduce the collecting situation of the sing tune, analysis of its origin and evolution, discuss the sing tune in depth. Thirdly,Make research of the folk songs words connotation, combine with the other collections at the same time, disscuss the contaction between them, and then comb the the development status of the folk songs from Ming dynasty to Qing dynasty, analysis the different characteristics of Ming and Qing dynasty folk songs. The last, As a foothold to the real of folk songs, Mainly discuss its literary aesthetic value. On the basis of what is sure of its literary and artistic value, face up the shortage. Neither ignore the shortage nor because of its vulgar and then discriminate it. Make every effort to be an objective treatment to it. And next, make the unity of its cultural function and historical value, reflect the value and functions.
