Euphemism, a linguistic and cultural phenomenon that people use in communication inorder to avoid the use of taboo words. In this paper, we describe the Chinese Mongolianeuphemism, the Chinese and Mongolian euphemism concept, characteristics, causes, pragmaticprinciples, pragmatic function, etc., The Chinese and Mongolian euphemism pragmaticsimilarities and differences were described in our paper.In this paper, we did comparative analysis on Chinese Mongolian euphemisms from threeaspects, namely, the principles of cooperation, politeness and aesthetic principles. Their identitymanifested in the Chinese and Mongolian euphemisms belong to obscure subtle body language,their expressions have followed the principles of cooperation, courtesy, aesthetics. People’scommunication is mutual cooperation, in conversation, both parties must consider or respecteach other, the session reflects the concept of aesthetic. They differ in same characterperformance, Mongolian Euphemism is more prominent communicative purpose, and ChineseEuphemism emphasizes more on its rhetorical effect.In this paper, the Chinese Mongolian Euphemisms functions described in five aspects:taboo, politeness, concealing aspects features and avoid vulgar humor functions. Theirperformance in the same character, have a shy, polite conceal avoiding vulgar, humor, and otherpragmatic functions, and these functions are reflected in people’s quest to achieve the desiredcommunication. They differ in character performance. Context temporary substitute for a tabooword respect the Mongolian word politeness.Our study mainly focuses on Chinese Mongolian euphemism pragmatic psychologicalgenesis of social communication, traditional customs and ethics, hierarchy and other religiousconsciousness. By using comparative analysis we estimated the Chinese-MongolianEuphemisms similarities and differences with the causes. Mongolian Euphemism is the basis ofthe religion and the worship of nature produced.
