A Study Of "Sui-x" Modal Adverbs In Modern Chinese Language

This article selectes "sui-x" type of modal adverbs which often used or appears in modern Chinese language.The "sui-x"type includes ten words:"sui-kou""sui-shou""sui-shen""sui-bi""sui-ji""sui-di""sui-hou""sui-shi""sui-chu". In the paper, we refere to many classical research achievements,then analyze all kinds of questions from the language basics,and also descripe its characteristics.In a word,we want to analyze its development in modern Chinese and the purpose of the law.The article divided into five parts including the preface and the conclusion.In the preface, we analyze the object, value, significance,the present situation, and the method, theory, then focuse on the research status, finally the source of corpus. The present situation is the most important in this part.In the first chapter,we diccuss the point from the angle of synchronic static type of semantic features and semantic point.Chapter two discusses the selectional restriction of "sui-x"and the syllable verbs from the theoretical analysis.Chapter three mainly takes the perspetive of dynaminc to analyze the word "sui" from its meaning and the part of the speech of the evolution.Then on the basic of the many corpus,we nalyze the vocabulary of words,grammer course.Finally,descripe its vocabulary,grammer process.Chapter four is the conclusion of this article.Throughout the text, from the semantic point and restrict the choice of verbs, and the lexicalization, grammaticalization, this article comprehensively shows the word class "sui-x" as a way of features and the similarities and differences with other parts of speech.
