A Study On Modal Words And Their Continuous Use In Natural Conversation Of Shuocheng Dialect In Shanxi Province

The study of modal words is an important part of the study of Chinese dialects.Dialectal modal particles based on the new city as the research object,on the basis of collecting a large number of daily conversation,using the description analysis and comparative analysis,modal particles clauses class distribution and new city dialect tone meaning aspects has carried on the system research,to a laparoscope,usually connected to a new city these dialectal modal particles with,and has carried on the detailed description,from the Angle of the internal Angle and dialect and Putonghua comparison,This paper analyzes the use of modal words in Shuocheng dialect in natural conversation.The first part of the paper introduces the origin and significance of the topic,the research method and the source of corpus,sorts out the existing research on the modal words of Mandarin and dialect,and puts forward the necessity of the study on the modal words of Shuocheng dialect.The second and third parts of the thesis divide the modal words of Shuocheng dialect into high frequency modal words and low and middle frequency modal words according to the frequency of the modal words in the selected corpus.This paper analyzes the distribution of high frequency and low frequency modal words in different sentence categories and summarizes the modal meaning of modal words in Shuocheng dialect.Fourth part of the thesis,divides into the laparoscope,usually connected to a new city dialect modal particle,and these,a laparoscope,usually connected to a comparison of various kinds of modal particles with different tone when alone meaning,analysis of modal particles,and the stress,tone,the relationship between speech act and summarizes the new city dialectal modal particles in the natural session after the emotional functions and other functions.Fifth part of the paper,the comparative study on dialectal modal particles within the new city,the new moon city dialects modal particles and the relevant modal particles to compare,analyze new moon city dialect means of expression,the subjectivity of the modal particles induces new moon city dialectal modal particles,the corresponding relationship between mandarin Chinese modal particle summary: city of modal particles and mandarin dialects modal particles in the similarities and differences of syntax,semantics and pragmatics.In the end,the paper summarizes the distribution,modal meaning and pragmatic function of modal words in Shuocheng dialect,and points out the shortcomings of this paper.
