A Study On The First Ten Years Of Development And Management Issues Of Confucius Institutes

This paper will review development of Confucius Institution during ten years from two aspects of the internal construction and external construction.According to the issue of closed Confucius Institution, combined with the experience of language broadcast and management of western language agencies, through overseas media reports points out that Confucius Institution exists a plenty of problems on the management mode, management manner and administrative staff. With SWOT analysis method, the advantages and disadvantages of Confucius college will be analyzed. At the end of the paper, suggestions for the management will be put forward for the development strategy of Confucius Institution, including the transformation of running mode, increment of the supervision, assessment agencies, public relations agencies and personnel agency.
