The First Exploration On The Evolution Of Culture From Suzhou Tanhuang To Nan Ping Nanci

Nan Ping Nanci is a Chinese folk art form. Its predecessor is Suzhou Tanhuang that spread from Suzhou to Fujian province while passing by Zhejiang and Jiangxi province during the reign of the Emperor Dao Guan. It came into vogue in terms of its popularity in North of Fujian province, shaping the Nan Ping Nanci of today after several vicissitudes. Making a general survey of inheritance and development of folk music, obviously, they are influenced by many factors such as characteristics of era、cultural vicissitudes、national fusion、features of region etc. Hence, the dissertation I’m writing, from the perspective of the first exploration on the cultural transfer from Suzhou Tanhuang to Nan Ping Nanci, focuses on the deep analysis of the cause of inheritance and development of Suzhou Tanhuang in Nan Ping that is exotic culture music.Based on the previous research from predecessors, the dissertation adapts four research methods such as field investigation、analysis of literature、analysis by interview and analysis of music ontology, by which it expounds the first exploration on the cultural transfer from Suzhou Tanhuang to Nan Ping Nanci from three perspectives--Suzhou Tanhuang spread into Fujian province, development of localization from Suzhou Tanhuang to Nan Ping Nanci and the way the transfer from Suzhou Tanhuang to Nan Ping Nanci showed in the development of exotic culture implanted from evolution.
