Study On The Promotion Of Marine Culture Industries Competitiveness Of Fujian Province

Coastal countries of the world has set off a wave of development of ocean. The development of marine economy has been the new anchor of the national economy. China is a big country with much population, which lack of scarce land resources and space. The development of vast ocean make new contributions to the development of social and economic. For its advantages that "low-input, low pollution, high value-added", marine culture industry has began to receive attentions in coastal countries, but theoretical research for marine culture industry is still relatively weak. A systematic research to marine culture industry has conducted certain academic value.This paper described the concept, characteristics of marine culture and the concept, classification of marine culture industry, as well as the relationship between the marine cultural industries with cultural industries and marine industries, which make a good theoretical groundwork for this study. Described the origins of ocean culture and the status of the development of marine culture industry in Fujian Province. On this basis, make clear the problems of marine culture industry in Fujian province. And then use diamond model analysis method to analyze the six factors which affect marine culture industry competitiveness in Fujian Province. On the base of this, building the index system of competitiveness of marine culture industry in coastal cities of Fujian Province, using factor analysis method for the determination of the competitiveness level of marine culture industry of six coastal cities in Fujian Province. Put forward a development path that build marine culture industry belt in Fujian Province, form two marine culture industry circles, construct four marine culture industry parks and develop ten marine culture industries, to guide to enhance the competitiveness of marine culture industry. Finally, according to the present situation and the problems of marine culture industry in Fujian Province, put forward the countermeasures.
