Modeled and Typed is an important characteristics of Chinese Opera and it has various types. The type of "People In Drawing" in Chinese Opera is just one of them. The "People In Drawing" in the history of Chinese literature is rich and colorful, it extremely important link to the concept of Chinese traditional soul, totem-ism, religious belief etc. It is one of Chinese nation’s distinctive narrative type which is formed by the profound cultural accumulation. In the study of folk literature, "People In Drawing" as a type has been widely attention and owns great results. This article is on the basis of previous studies to study. From China’s vast traditional opera, we extract the type of "People In Drawing" to analysis its origin. Starting with motif, we try to trace to the source of the six motif form it and to exploration the motifs cultural connotation. Thus, we discover the type of "People In Drawing" contains profound gender consciousness and tragic aesthetics. To explore and analysis the "People In Drawing" can help us more profound understanding the plot with strong vitality in Chinese Opera. This is very useful to us to understand the type of "People In Drawing" and even other types of Chinese Opera. Meanwhile, it also has a certain significance in the future to the drama creation.
