In today’s society, the rapid development of information technology, the new media rise, the micro film has become one of the most important cultural form in the network age. Micro film to break the boundaries of grassroots and elite of traditional film creation, provides a broad platform for the display of rich movie lovers. At the same time, the micro film also fit the self media era has brought the mobile Internet technology change, in the new media environment under infection, the audience can use mobile phones, tablet PCs and other mobile terminals anytime and anywhere to watch and share movies.Based on the micro film as the research subject, mainly on the definition, classification and the basic development process to make a basic definition of micro film, micro film analysis value of commercial and art performance.
