Chinese in the Philippines with less population, who has created a stunning economic success, occupied an important position in overseas Chinese. Before the World War II, Chinese in the Philippines belonged to the temporarily society, striving to construct the cultural space similar to the hometown has been a cultural pursuit. The cultural space mainly include Chinese language, Chinese, traditional religion and custom, regional culture and blood culture in hometown. Due to the ancestral and distribution and colonial policy, the structure of the settlement, the culture of Chinese in the Philippines showed the particularity.With the size of the Chinese immigrants in the Philippines began in the late Ming dynasty, during the opium war to the time of the republic of China, reached the maximum numbers. Revealing the Chinese ancestral home and population distribution characteristics, excessive concentration in one place, with one or two subcenter. Surviving in dierent region, the culture of Chinese in the Philippines gradually adapted to the local soil, while sticking to traditional kernel,presenting new characteristics.
