Li Zhun(1871-1936),alias Zhi Sheng with poetic names Ren’an. He secured an official position according to donate. His father was an official in Guangzhou for ten years, he got the political property which his father left. What’s more, Li Zhun came to Guangzhou when he was eighteen years old, so he was very familiar with local custom,all of these were his political capital. Li Zhun started his political career at the Guangdong mint, climbed to Guangdong Navy Command governors from a junior officer, Li Zhun showed his military talent in the repression of bandit and the riots of revolution party, he consolidated his position gradually. He patrolled the South China Sea Islands, this activity has positive historic significance, safeguarded Chinese sovereignty and territorial integrity. The peaceful liberation of Guangzhou had a direct relation with Li Zhun. The research of Li Zhun is still in the initial stage, this will give a help to the future studies of Li Zhun according to type through the story of Li Zhun,The basis data of this paper is Ren an zi bian nian pu and newspaper and archives of the day.
