Betong city and Hat Yaicity was the border city is the economic center of Thailand, near the Malaysian border, special location, in recent years due to the unrest in southern Thailand affected by other factors, economic and cultural aspects have also been some impact. A total of 12 Confucius Institute in Thailand, where the Prince of Songkla University Confucius Institutes and Confucius Institute of Betong city are located in the city of Hat Yai and Betong, they engaged in C hinese language and culture in the dissemination and promotion in southern Thailand.This study uses qualitative methods to study in-depth interview. Research has two main objectives.1) what are the admissions policy of the Confucius Institute in southern Thailand? 2) Confucius Institute admissions policies in southern Thailand what factors affect the process? These questions are worthy of study. Articles by Confucius Institute at Prince of Songkhla Universityand Confucius Institute of Betong city, Confucius Institute students, parents and college admissions officers for the study, students and parents choose the representative of Thailand Chinese students, local students and Muslim students to conduct in-depth interviews, found in southern Thailand mainly propaganda strategy of the Confucius Institute, which questions sho uld pay attention to in carrying out propaganda.In conclusion, this study uses affect intercultural strategy of enrollment publicity cultural identity, self identity, intercultural sensitivity, cross cultural negotiation and cross cultural communication and other factors, combined with interviews conducted a detailed study and analysis.
