Study On The Operating Mode Of The Government Guidance Fund For Gansu Province Cultural Industry’development

The cultural industry is an important part of the national economy, in recent years, the central implementation of strategic plans and policy measures, deepening the reform of the cultural system, accelerate the development of cultural industry, cultural industry has shown a good momentum of development, it has become a new growth point of economic development, to maintain growth, expand domestic demand, adjust the structure, plays an important role to promote the development of. Gansu province is rich in historical and cultural resources, the development of cultural industry shortage of funds hinder. Explore the establishment of government guidance funds to increase efforts to support the cultural industry, is an important method to solve development problems.In order to give guidance for the guide fund in cultural industry of Gansu Province, we explore the mechanism on the basis of previous research. In the first two chapters, we introduce the development situation of cultural industry and some related theory. In the third chapter, we will do some case analysis on the condition of the development of Gansu Province cultural industry we design the operation mechanism of fund.That is taking the limited partnership form of organization, private equity funds, as well as the way of selecting investment project, fund management, exit mechanism and so on. At the end of paper we give the relevant policy recommendations.
