The discrimination of synonyms studying in China is an important issue whether for chinese students or foreign students. Due to the specialty of the teaching object in second language teaching, analysis of synonyms is indeed a difficulty or, a bottle-neck in the vocabulary studying process.Lots of space should be digged from the theoretical construction to the specific word discrimination,and the related research on the basis of corpus is fewer. In the teaching practice, it has been found that the foreign students have confused with the words Bang, Bangmang and Bangzhu because they should not use the words properly according to the language context. Through investigation on the Beijing Language University HSK Dynamic Composition Corpus, it was found that the foreign students have mistakenly used the pair of Bang, Bangmang and Bangzhu most frequently. Therefore, basing on the investigation of the corpus to research Bang, Bangmang and Bangzhu, discussing the similarities and differences between the pair of Bang, Bangmang and Bangzhu in the aspects of semantics, syntactic, pragmatics and the factor of Negative Transfer,analyzing the reason of Error and put three points and suggestions in the areas of teaching materials, tool books and teaching strategies to solve some practice problems and even provide some fresh thoughts to the discrimination of foreign students’ synonyms.The thesis is mainly divided into six chapters.The first chapter is introduction,introducing the origin and significance of the topic,summarize and analyze the present situation of the research.The second chapter is a research on Ontology to verb “bang”,“bangmang” and “bangzhu” based on a comparative study on similarities and differences in syntax, semantics and pragmatics through three aspects.The third chapter is through the students to the verb “bang”, “bangmang” and “bangzhu” bias usage analysis the reasons of the mistakes.The fourth chapter though the contrastive analysis of the “bang”,“bangzhu”,“banggmang” and the“help”to tell foreign students to understand the difference of them. The fifth chapter according to the need of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, put forward new ideas and suggestions from the survey of the existing textbooks, dictionaries,furthermore provides effective methods and strategies of teachers on the discrimination of synonyms.The sixth chapter summarizes the main achievements of this article, innovation and deficiency.
