As a Thai student studying in China, the author finds that confusing words are always the difficulty for Thai students to learn Chinese.Using the research method of bias analysis, this paper makes a comprehensive and objective analysis and research on the acquisition of “Bāng”“bāngzhù”“bāngmáng” by Thai students. This paper firstly studies the ontology of Chinese “Bāng”“bāngzhù”“bāngmáng” from three levels of semantics, syntax and pragmatics, and finally makes a comparative analysis of these three confusing words from three levels of semantics, syntax and pragmatics. On this basis, the article designs a questionnaire survey to investigate the acquisition of “Bāng”“bāngzhù”“bāngmáng” by Thai Chinese learners. The survey results show that the types of “Bāng”“bāngzhù”“bāngmáng” errors of middle-level and advanced Chinese learners in Thailand are missubstitution errors, omission errors, error addition errors, and wrong sequence errors. The reasons for the errors of “Bāng”“bāngzhù”“bāngmáng” among middle and senior Chinese learners in Thailand include target language generalization, negative transfer of mother tongue, teaching methods and learning strategies. In view of the above errors, this paper proposes to use the contrastive teaching method to solve the difficulties in the identification and analysis of synonyms, design special exercises for the confusion points, encourage students to compare Chinese and Thai confusing words, and combine fixed language blocks. The research results of this paper can help Thai students learn “Bāng”“bāngzhù”“bāngmáng” better, and at the same time improve the teaching efficiency of Thai Chinese;in addition, this paper is also a supplement to the research status of “Bāng”“bāngzhù”“bāngmáng”.
