The Study Of Rural Culture Construction

China is a large agricultural country. “Three rural” issue(agriculture, rural areas and farmers) is the key not only to economic development, but also to the realization of a harmonious society. Therefore, the major strategic decision of building a new socialist countryside is made in the Fifth Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee of the CPC(Communist Party of China), which draw the outline of “developed economic, wealthy life, civilized custom, clean and tidy villages, and democratic management”. As a “soft power”, the rural cultural construction plays a major role in building the new socialist countryside, implementing the Scientific Approach of Development, and building a socialist harmonious society, which can meet the various cultural needs of farmers effectively.Shouguang city has strong economy and rich culture in Shandong province, Weifang city. Combing with the existing condition and the facing major problems of the rural cultural construction in the Shouguang city, this report discusses the reasons of such a situation from different aspects in-depth, and put forward a effective new rural cultural construction mode with a series of feasible countermeasures, which can be a reference for the other similar rural.In this report, some research methodologies, such as reading relative references, visiting and questionnaires, are used to study the status quo of the Shouguang rural cultural construction.
