Research On Rural Cultural Construction On The Condition Of New Socialist Countryside

It has been in a new stage of the building of new countryside in China, and all the work for building harmonious society of socialism has been launched. Cultural construction in the countryside is related to the long period of stability of state, and it is also one of the most important symbols about the building of new countryside, realizing of a well-off society, building of a harmonious society and getting into modern society. So it has been one of the most important theoretical and practical subjects that to concern about the cultural construction in countryside on the condition of new socialist countryside.This article firstly talks about the inevitability and advantaged elements on the condition of new socialist countryside from aspects of policy, social economy, political background and current time background; then, it points out that building of new countryside combines producing of rural cultural product, building of rural cultural team, constructing of rural cultural infrastructure and developing of rural cultural living; and finally, according to the goal and requirement of building of new countryside in new period, it issues the necessity and meaning to strength rural cultural construction, and sets up one"win-win"model about rural cultural construction and"Three F issue"to discuss the relationship of building of rural cultural construction, solving of"Three F issue", building of new socialist countryside, Harmonized development of Urbans and Countries, building of well-off society and building of harmonized society.For the reason that the economic condition of most countryside in China is undeveloped, rural cultural construction is quite differently in practice. So this article chooses Kaixian in Chongqing, which is national primary country of Helping Poverty owning lots of people, as research sample, and does the research on the main problems on cultural construction, immigrant cultural construction, rural heritage protection about immateriality and rural culture, and gives corresponding proposes and plan on rural cultural construction of Kaixian in"eleven five"period. It is hoped that the research in this passage can give some advices and reference to rural cultural construction in other rural areas on promoting rural cultural construction, developing local economy and culture, and realizing the prosperity in countryside. And this is also the main purpose and meaning of this passage. This passage issues the basic directive thoughts and basic principles which should be obeyed on the constructing of rural culture, which also gives the propose to rural cultural construction macroscopically.In this dissertation, the main research methods adopted by the author are: combination of theory and practice, historical and realistic analysis, macroscopic and microscopic, comparison and inducement.
