Research On The Rural Cultural Construction In The Process Of Our Urbanization

The report of the party's 19th National Congress pointed out:"Culture is the soul of a country and a nation.Without much cultural self-confidence and cultural prosperity,there will be no great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation." Rural areas are the birthplace of China's excellent traditional culture.The importance and urgency of strengthening socialist rural cultural construction are highlighted in the context of the new type of urbanization,the all-round construction of a well-off society and the revitalization of the countryside.Since the 16th Congress of the party made the decision to take the path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics,after more than a decade of exploration and summing up,China's urbanization has developed rapidly.The rapid development of urbanization brings great development vitality to the rural economy,but also makes rural cultural construction face opportunities and challenges.In the process of urbanization,achievements have been made in the construction of rural culture.Such as the cultivation of a new core rural value system,the solid implementation of mass cultural activities,the increase of public cultural facilities in rural areas,the continuous improvement of the level of cultural services,the development of rural cultural undertakings and cultural industries.However,there are still some problems to be solved when looking at the construction of rural culture as a whole,which mainly show that the content of rural culture is not rich enough,the form is boring,the cultural talents are short,and the cultural interaction between urban and rural areas is not good.This article first combs the basic theory of rural cultural construction in the process of urbanization,then it analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by rural cultural construction in the process of urbanization and further elaborates the achievements of rural cultural construction.It analyzes the existing problems and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of rural cultural construction in the process of urbanizationon this basis.Based on the actual situation of rural cultural construction in Liaoyang,this paper makes a social survey and literature reference,and makes a case study of the concrete construction,implementation,content and form of rural cultural construction in Liaoyang in the process of urbanization.Through theoretical research and specific case study and analysis,the impact and change of urbanization on rural culture and peasant cultural life are studied.This research tries to make the research result not only has the reference meaning to the rural culture construction,at the same time carries on the theoretical basis analysis for the rural revitalization strategy.
