Degree’s Adverbs are one of subcategory adverbs. The primary duty degree’s adverbs always use to inform level and quantity of adverbs. Degree’s adverbs are the close permanently group. Although there are few degree’s adverbs members, but it’s indispensable to communication. The numbers of Chinese degree’s adverbs are much more than Thai and Chinese degree’s adverbs have a regular for classification method. Therefore, the grammatical function and usable method of Chinese degree’s adverbs are easy to understand. Now a days, Thai’s analysis of syntax function is still vague. However, due to Thai parts of speech doesn’t have classified standard. Infinitely, Analyses of Thai degree’s adverbs function aren’t effortless.According to Traditional Thai linguistics that indicated that Thai language and Chinese language are different in degree’s adverbs.This article selected commonly used nine group of Chinese-Thai degree’s adverbs, analytical methods is based on Chinese syntax analysis with the theory of three-stratum grammatical theory for research Chinese-Thai degree’s adverbs; "hen(very much)" "ji(extremely)", "feichang(overly)", "tai(too much)", youdianer(a little bit)", zui(most)", "geng(the greatest)", "bijiao(rather)", "shaowei(little)"The results of the research on the basis function of Chinese-Thai degree’s adverbs, the result of research found that Chinese and Thai degree adverbs are different in some several aspects, especially is the word order. Therefore, this article is based on <ccl corpus> and <tnc corpus> for analysis degree’s adverbs of Chinese and Thai and used the comparative linguistics to analyse Chinese and Thai degree’s adverbs in syntactic, semantic and pragmatic function is a summary of the difference and similarities between Chinese and Thai degree’s adverbs. I wish this research will help the learners to understand the grammatical system and function of Chinese and Thai language.
