Moral sensitivity is one of the fourth ingredients modules which were proposed by Rest. It is an initial psychological process in logical before moral actions, not only including the interaction between cognitive and emotion, but containing the abilities to identify and explain moral situation and to predict the result of the behavior. The different moral elements in moral situation are attached to different relationship which presents in a certain circle status. Based on the theory of moral sensitivity and empirical research, this study is committed to explore the impact of traditional Chinese interpersonal relationship’s differential on moral sensitivity. There are two main points to do the discussion: (1) the impact of interpersonal relationship differential to moral sensitivity on the explicit level; (2) the impact of interpersonal relationship differential to moral sensitivity on the implicit level. This study includes two parts. All subjects for the research are college students.Research one:This study adopted single-factor within-subject design. Use the program of The Visual Basic 6.0 to combine with the circles of differential of relationships and the moral dilemma situations. The results showed that:(1) In the moral dilemma situation, there was a significant difference between the degree of "insiders" who were helped and that of the "outsiders"; (2) Significant differences exist in situations between the "insiders" and "outsiders" to the moral sensitivity of subjects by four dimensions of moral awareness, empathy guilt, consequences consciousness, tendency of punishment. Research two:The paradigm of the implicit association test was used to investigate the influence of the circles of differential of relationships, that on implicit moral sensitivity. The results showed that there are significant differences between integrated tasks and non-integrated tasks, and the data presents t (90)= 20.925, p<.001).The main conclusions:(1) The differential of college students’interpersonal relationship is reflected in different interpersonal circles, it is divided into "insiders" and "outsiders", the former is higher than that of the latter on the level of emotional, familiarity and communication frequencies.(2) Interpersonal differential affects explicit moral sensitivity in dilemma situations of moral. College students are more willing to help "insiders", the higher score will be get on four dimensions of moral awareness, empathy guilt, consequences consciousness, tendency of punishment, which showed a higher moral sensitivity. For the "outsider" and vice versa.(3) Interpersonal differential affects implicit moral sensitivity. College students are more sensitive to the association of "insiders" and moral behavior quality than "outsiders" in their implicit attitude, and less sensitive to immoral behavior quality.
