At present in the field of consonants of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, Chinese language affricate, fricative by foreign Chinese learners considered learned Chinese consonants. Among them, three of the Chinese affricate/ts/、/tsh/,/ts/、/tsh/,/t(?)/、/t(?)h/ is the difficulty of the difficulty. And for the Vietnamese Chinese learners, even more so. Study Vietnamese learners of mandarin Chinese consonants acquisition, many experts and scholars have studied. On the research methods, predecessors to Vietnam Chinese learners of Chinese phonetic acquisition research mainly adopts the method of bias analysis, errors analysis is the study of the important methods of interlanguage in second language, but the study of second language acquisition except bias analysis can also be studied from the aspects of speech perception perception. According to the category of second language speech acquisition research, there has been in the second language learners in the period of production of "foreign accent," part of it can be shown from the perspective of perception. Because of the second language learners to period of perceptual assimilation as a first language sound system category, even after the second language for many years also didn’t identify the first language and second language similar to the sound, the difference between the perception of equal category, also contributed to the pronunciation of equivalent classified, learners have not been able to get rid of "foreign accents". Therefore, the paper from the Angle of perception of second language speech category, delve into Vietnam for Chinese learners of Chinese consonants category acquisition process, in particular, is to the Chinese affricate/fricative perceptual assimilation and distinguish process were studied. In this paper, according to the perceptual assimilation model (perceptual assimilation model) and speech learning model (speech learning model) of the basic theory of perceptual assimilation experiment design, respectively (cross language matching experiment) and perceived discrimination experiment (category discrimination experiment), and the experimental results were analyzed, in order to study the Vietnamese Chinese affricate consonants of/perceptual assimilation effect of fricatives and Vietnamese Chinese learners of Chinese affricate fricative Perception/differentiation, to explore the Chinese affricate fricative Perception/learning Chinese in vietnam. This paper is composed of three experiments, one is perceptual assimilation experiment, two is the perception of phonological similarity experiment, and three is the perceived discrimination experiment. The experimental results show that:First. Vietnamese Chinese learners in the three groups of Chinese affricates/fricatives mainly based on perceptual grouping is the feature consonant articulation and pronunciation method, but some differences. Vietnamese no affricates, they will be in the Chinese affricate consonants classified as more consciousness, is the main use of the features of pronunciation, the Chinese affricate perceptual assimilation for the same parts of the Vietnamese stops; and Chinese fricatives perception into Vietnamese fricative is at the same time the use of two kinds of characteristics. The Vietnamese Chinese learners on the two categories of Chinese aspirated, unaspirated perceptual grouping is not sensitive, the confusion of the aspirated and unaspirated in two categories, they are not very good in the two category, the majority of consonants are one of the two,one to many matching model.Second, through the perception of phonological similarity experiment, we understand the Vietnamese Chinese learners cognitive situation on Chinese affricate fricative/perceptual similarity. Chinese "z, j, q" perceptual speech similarity and the language of ch/c/is the highest, "c, ch, sh in Chinese and Vietnamese" perceptual speech similarity/s/ is close to that of the Chinese, "zh" is considered and the language tr/t/ perceptual similarity is highest, "s, x" in Chinese phonetic similarity perception and the language of most close to x/s/.Third, perceived discrimination experiment, through the air--unaspirated affricates pronunciation comparison, the same method but the place of articulation, pronunciation contrast aspirated affricates fricatives in same place -- comparison, we found that it is difficult to distinguish between the consonants are aspirated gas:three groups-not affricate fricativec contrast, the tip of the tongue tongue before -- after, ch contrast, the aspirated affricates fricatives of q-x.Fourth, Two language learning level has influence on the distinction of some consonants contrast, proved to be differentiated from Chinese aspirated unaspirated affricates--perception to distinguish z-zh, c-ch, s-x in the two experiments. But the Vietnamese Chinese learners to distinguish between Chinese consonants ch-sh, q-x is not able to well reflect this.Fifth, vowel environment (with little effect on the consonant vowel) to distinguish the contrast.
