There were three political powers appeared in Beijing successively from March 17th to May 2nd in 1644(according to the lunar calendar).They were Chongzhen regime, the power of Lizicheng and Shunzhi regime. At the same time,the regime supported by bureaucrat and gentry of Ming regime which centered around NanJing,FuZhou, Shaoxing, Guangzhou, Zhaoqing also existed in the south. In 1646,Qing armies occupied the territory of Jiangnan region. The period is known as the regime change of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The change from Ming Dynasty t o Qing Dynasty is a key topic in the studies of Chinese history.Feng Menglong, born in 1574 at Suzhou, made a great achievement in composing and publishing. In the period of the regime change from Ming dynasty to Qing dynasty, Feng acted as a news record person and made a detailed record of all kinds of messages coming from Beijing, including the Ti-pao, the Tang-pao, bulletin, rumors, and varied paper and sheets. In addition, he also gathered information of Jiangnan local social news. Feng edited, printed these information, and published in three books named as Jiashen Chronicle, Zhongxing Strategies, Zhongxing Shi-lu, which conveyed the tense situations at that time, and present news about the country to people in the south of the Yangtze river.However, because of the backward conditions of information system in that era, it was hard to cognize the era you lived in and to locate their identity. Therefore, it becomes more meaningful to explore how people receive and deal with state information in a transitional times. In Feng’s collection and recording, false records arised because of personal political view, different likes and dislikes of history and emotions, or because of bias listen, wrong record, there will have accurate information during the transfer process. However,there is no denying that, the specific information profoundly affects the personal emotions and reflect the daily life of each person.Meanwhile, we can take Jiashen Chronicle and other books record as a clue to promulgate, publish, circulate, disseminate information of the southern region, and from more aspects to explore the channel from which Feng Menglong gathered information and reveal his insight about current events and political views.We can also analysis Jiangnan people and local community, including what people know and feel about the current situation, and the information feedback. The network of social relations is complex in the late Ming dynasty. The participants of social groups are not only famous local mayor, but also are people combined of scholars and run rampant "hit" and other forces. These forces affected every aspect of the local community in varying degrees, the spread of news and social opinion is one of mediums to give a clear outline of its context.
