In 1644 the Qing Dynasty came into the Central Plains, took place of the Ming Dynasty and became China's new ruler, this event is known as the regime change of the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The regime change of the Ming and Qing Dynasties is a great change in Chinese history, this incident not only affected the process of Chinese history, but also affected the East Asian order, which in its center is Ming Dynasty."Barbarians" not only subvert the traditional concept of Huayi, but also made a huge impact on the surrounding countries that greatly influenced by the concept of Huayi.Korea and Japan,as the important neighbor of China, were particularly concerned about this incident.Since the founding of the Joseon Dynasty, the Joseon Dynasty has been pursuing the foreign policy of the doctrine of the Ming dynasty, respects the Ming dynasty as the great power and accepts the protection of the Ming Dynasty.During the regime change of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, although Korea forced the military pressure from Houjin, implement the "two-sided diplomacy" policy, also did not give up the respect of the Ming Dynasty. But because of adhere to the Ming Dynasty as the center of Hua Yi order,Korea was later attacked by Houjin and forced to succumb to Houjin. However, even after the Korea became the dependent country of the Qing Dynasty,it did not forget the grace of the Ming Dynasty,in the country also brewing the Northern Expedition plan "against the Qing Dynasty and supporting the Ming Dynasty ","Follow the Ming Dynasty, excluding the Qing Dynasty".Japan has been a long time away from the edge of the East Asian order,in 1549 Japan was out of the Ming dynasty as the center of the Hua Yi order, and then launched the invading Korea's Imjin War,in an attempt to challenge the Ming as the center of the Hua Yi order,so that Sino-Japanese relations worse.Since then, although the Edo shogunate established by Tokugawa Ieyasu had the intention to ease the relationship between the Ming Dynasty and Japan, but failed. While China during the time of the regime change of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, although Japan is outside the order of China,it is particularly concerned about China's political changes. To this end,Japan not only established a mechanism to collect overseas intelligence, but also collected the Chinese intelligence editor for the book, named "Huayi metamorphosis." However,Japan's reaction is different from the Korea,in the regime change of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, although Japan was sorry for the demise of the Ming dynasty,it was more of an attempt to build a so-called Japan-centered "Hua Yi order" with the interpretation of the Ming Dynasty and the Japanese Confucianists. This paper mainly explores the differences between the Korea and Japan, which are the same as the Confucian culture circle, and the different reactions that have been shown in the face of China's Ming and Qing Dynasties change. The " Xiao Zhonghua "Mind " exhibited by the Korea and the " Da Zhonghua" Mind by Japan to show the cultural attitudes and foreign policies of the two countries in the same period.
