My dissertation attempts to analyze the consciousness of problem, the basic ideas, and the main difficulties of Kant’s thought about the foundations of morality in order to demonstrates whether Kant’s theory comprehends the foundations of morality in 调 the theory of non-epistemology and analyzes whether this issue can show its vitality and the possibilities of contemporary transformation in invoking Marx’s resources. The ultimate aim is to explore the problem of morality’s foundations itself and seek the new vitality of Kant’s moral philosophy in Marx’s perspective and real-life.First, this dissertation analyzes Kant’s main ideas on the problem of morality’s foundations and the formidable difficulties Kant eventually encountered. The crucial thoughts practical reason and the division of dualism that Kant used to solve the problem of morality’s foundations are creative and historical. However, the attempt that put the problem into practical field encountered difficulties, which can not makes him comprehend the foundations of morality in a non-epistemological way.Additionally, I illuminate that Marx and Kant are concerned about people’s problem and the existent situation of the real man deeply with their own ideas. Kant’s discussion on the foundations of morality isn’t in the direction of the theory of knowledge. Similarly, Marx’s critique of morality isn’t in the dimension of the theory of knowledge. Marx’opinion on "praxis" and Kant’s idea of "practical reason" have inner relations, and Marx also revealed the thing-in-itself as the relations of material production, which makes him can have a dialogue with Kant on the problem of morality’s foundations. Finally, in Marx’ perspective, morality is an ideology. He critiqued morality fiercely. Actually, Marx didn’t clarify the foundations of morality directly, but tried to think about the premise of the morality’s foundations. Marx’s ideas of "praxis", "production", and "communism" can provide a realistic premise of the establishment of the real morality’s objectivity and universality. The concerns of the realistic historical movement make Kant’s thought about the foundations of morality generate a new vitality.
