By comprehensive analysis of Yang Shie’s life and combing of the existing 103 poetry study, the thesis systematically presents Yang shie’s life environment and the poetry creation features. This thesis is divided into four parts: Yang shie’s life and friendship, poetry content, artistic characteristics of poems, collation of Yang shie and poetry research:The first chapter mainly writes Yang Shie life experience, thoughts and poetry of the retained, textual research of his Yang shie’s friends. Yang Shie’s life may be divided roughly into three periods: the first is before the imperial examinations and during the shogun offer period, the second is the official period, the third is the period of demotion in remote areas. Through the study of the various stages of his life, it shows three characteristics of his poetry. His thought is mainly based on the traditional Confucianism, both Buddhism and Taoism. When facing political setbacks, he chose the idea of escapism again. Yang Shie’s circle of friends mainly consisted of colleagues and classmates. He and his friend usually presented each other with poems, exchanged political opinions, expressed instant feelings and thoughts of friends.The second chapter mainly writes subjects and contents of Yang Shie’s poetry. His poetry theme is extensive, rich in content, mainly including: the lyric poems, the fine stroke singing from poems, chanting and responding poems, visiting records of poetry, and recalling antiquity poems, poems writing on the wall, and poems of Buddhism and Taoism and so on. The lyric poems express the grief of not reused, the feeling of moving pass. Sing from poems depict images of life, and express his feelings. Chanting and responding poems write profound friendship with relatives, friends and colleagues. Visiting records of poems express the feelings on the journey of life. These poems reflect Yang shie’s life and living statement, which reflects his emotional tendency. Overall, Yang shie’s demotion and his melancholy and moody character lays a sad emotional tone for his poetry.The third chapter mainly writes the artistic features of Yang Shie’s poetry. Yang Shie’s poetry has the elegant design of the poetry style. From the content point of view, his poetry style is elegant, solemn and impressive. From the technique of expression, the use of allusions, the abundance of the poetry make his poems appear thick and rich. The poem style is flexible and varied, use five words and seven words the most, antithesis neat and sincere feelings. His poetic language is simple and fluency. In addition, rich association and imagination, and other means of artistic expressions in poetry such as metaphor, personification, hyperbole and other artistic techniques add much beauty to his poetry. Yang shie’s poetic language is concise, clear and smooth. Cool color words and images of cold, desolate pathos construct the artistic realm.The appendix part is the collating of Yang shie’s poetry, the perfect version of his poetry is the Ming dynasty bronze movable type version called “50 Tang poetry” including Yang shie’s poetry total including 101 poems. “The Tang poetry” volume 332 including 103 poems and 6 incomplete sentences. Otherwise, “Thousands rhyme of the Tang dynasty” including 34 poems of Yang shie. “Tang hundred poems” including 17 poems of Yang shie. “Collection of the Tang dynasty” including 7 poems of Yang shie. Last, “Tang poetry chronicle” including 8 poems of Yang shie,etc. There are lots of problems for each version of the included, such as mistakes in spelling words. They have received in error, re-entry and leakage.This article takes Yang Shie and his poetry as the research object, and makes his spirit of “reflection of life” attitude to his ups and downs of life as the starting point. To explore the ideological tendency of his poetry thoughts, we should start from Yang Shi’e poetry of different theme works, analysis its poetry creation and artistic achievements. Finally, starting from the poetic school, Zhang Wei in the "host guest poets drawing". Yang Shie is led by Bai Juyi in the "general education", from the perspective of a theoretical basis for the division of group discussion of its literary status, and strive to objectively comment on Yang shie contribution and influence in the history of literature.
