The diversification of cultural and innovative industries have both upgraded its industries, optimized the industrial structure and reduced the space occupied, energy conservation, as well as stimulating employment, improve the city’s image, and other aspects of popular cohesion has a very important role in promoting the development of cultural and innovative industries. The economic development of "Wuhan city circle" has a significant importance.
