The Analysis About The Decorative Elements On The Porcelains Of The Transitional Period

The research about the type of transitional period porcelains in Late Ming Dynasty and Early Qing Dynasty is raising more and more attention in recent years, and researchers has discussed it for a long time. There is one thing that cannot be neglected is that people still depend on their personal experiences to determine the date cause we don’t have scientific criteria to get more objective results. This paper analyzes the adorning elements of every stage on these porcelains and summarizes a universally applicable changing law in purpose of giving ourselves a new idea on (or finding a new way of) our judging method and leading to a more accurate conclusion.
