Along with the development and the diffusion of Chinese language teaching all over the world, the Confucius Institute begins focusing efforts on "enter global strategy". As in Thailand, Chinese language education, which has bought into the elementary education schemes is now deepening popularization. On the basis of background above-mentioned, we believe that the particularly important point in training Chinese teachers should not only be internationalization, but also localization.Profit from the internship of four months Chinese teaching practice, the investigator conducted deep research of the authentic present situation of Chinese language teaching and qualification of stuff in Donkha Wittaya School, in order to discuss the advantages and disadvantages in present education training system of Guangxi University and to provide suggestions.Part one of this thesis is the research background, the present research situation, the motivation, the research purpose and the research methods. Part two introduces the education administration organizations in Thailand, the basic situation of Donkha Wittaya School and the instruction and the analysis of questionnaires, including the teaching situation, the level of students, their attitude towards Chinese language learning, their evaluations and requirements to teachers and the interest in HSK test, etc. Part three is the investigation to Chinese teachers in Donkha Wittaya School, including their personal information, school’s regulations in managing Chinese teachers and the evaluation system. Part four analyzes education training system of Guangxi University, including introductions, training methods, and to provide suggestions.Based on the the analysis of the real present situation of Chinese language teaching in Thailand, this research has a certain value in theory and practice in deepening Chinese teaching in Thai elementary education, aiming to provide enlightenment for the teacher training and the development of Chinese language teaching career in Thailand.
