The Countermeasures Of The Nanjing 1865 Creative Industrial Park

In China, the history of the cultural creative industry and the construction of creative industrial park is short, the construction of the active creativity industrial park and the cultural creative industry development is facing a new round of adjustment of industrial structure in our country’s important topics. Now, the creative industrial park is the innovation of the cultural creative industry, and high technology industries of incubation. At present, the quality of the creative industrial park is far behind its number, which caused the problems in the course of its construction. This article takes Nanjing 1865 Creative Industry park, for example, situational analysis method was used to analyze the creative industrial park development environment. On the basis of theoretical analysis, case analysis, and puts forward some countermeasures for the development of creative industry park.Firstly, the article sorts out the data of the domestic and foreign research of creative industry park development and cultural creative industry agglomeration that generalizes the related literature. Then this article is based on the concept and definition of culture creative industry classification, the cultural creativity of the definition of creative industry park and the domestic creative industrial park development present situation, analyzed the problems, focused on the 1865 creative industrial park development present situation and problems. In the process of case analysis on the 1865 creative industrial park, according to Michael porter’s value chain theory combined with the diamond model on industry cluster competitiveness of creative industrial park competitiveness,a new model of innovative design was carried out. Involved in the combination of creative industry park competitiveness model of external factors and internal factors, the author uses SWOT situation analysis method analyses the 1865 creative industrial park. Combined the SWOT matrix analysis and different problems,the author put forward different strategies of creative industrial park development. In addition, this chapter also by means of case study compared two classic case summaries and references, proposed some beneficial experience for 1865 creative industrial park case. Finally, on the basis of the SWOT matrix analysis and case analysis above, the author anaylised from the aspects of government, operators and internal enterprises.Three levels are given on how to develop cultural creative industry and also puts forward the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions.
