Research On The Influence Of Service Capability Of Creative Industry Park On The Efficiency Of Industrial Cluster

In recent years, China’s creative industry has been developed rapidly, and has gradually become the backbone of the rapid development of the whole society and economy. The development of creative industry has become the focus of competition between cities, China’s major cities have to build Creative Industry Park, hoping to promote the development of creative industries and thus promote economic benefits. But the construction of creative industry park also exposed some problems, concentrated expression in the creative industry talent shortage, the industry chain is not high degree of improvement and the overall service capacity is not strong, resulting in the park is not ideal. What are the factors that affect the efficiency of the creative industry cluster? Is the service ability of the creative industry in the industrial cluster efficiency? What is the mechanism of action? These questions are not only concerned by domestic and foreign scholars, but also the management of the Creative Industry Park, which is also related to the development of the creative industry in China. In this context, this paper attempts to study the impact of Creative Industry Park Service Capacity on the industrial cluster efficiency and its mechanism.Based on cluster theory, knowledge spillover theory and service capability theory, Firstly, it analyzes the connotation of each factor, and puts forward the appropriate research dimension; Secondly, we put forward the concept model of this study, analyze the relationship between the factors and put forward the research hypothesis; Finally, this paper takes a number of Creative Industrial Park in Shanghai city as the research object, through the form of questionnaire survey to obtain research data, by using SPSS and AMOS software for empirical analysis, The research hypothesis of the influence of service capability on knowledge spillover is verified by constructing service capacity three dimensional degree first order structural equation model; The research hypothesis about the effect of service capability on the knowledge spillover, knowledge spillover on the efficiency of industrial cluster, the mediating effect of knowledge spillover and the influence of service ability on the efficiency of industrial cluster is verified by constructing the structural equation model of knowledge spillover as an intermediate variable. In this study, the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The three dimensions of service capability(infrastructure, knowledge service, financing service) have a positive impact on knowledge spillovers;(2)Knowledge spillover has a positive effect on the efficiency of industrial cluster;(3)The mediating effect of knowledge spillover on the impact of service capacity on cluster efficiency is significant,so as to verifies the research hypothesis of the service capability through the knowledge spillover to affect the efficiency of industrial clusters.Based on the above research results, this paper finally puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the service level of creative industrial park.
