Ethical Reflection On Ecological Problems Of Urbanization In Liaoning Province

Urbanization is the inevitable result of industrial development, and an important symbol of the level of the nation’s social development. Besides,Urbanization is the critically concerned issue in the coming decades, an effective way to solve the “three rural issues(agriculture, rural areas and farmers)”, and expected to become the new force to lead China’s economic growth.Moreover,the 18 th National Congress o f the CPC(the Communist Party of China) put forward “to promote the construction of new urbanization”, and considered the construction of ecological civilization as an important aspect of the urbanization development.Therefore, it is rather imperative to develop urbanization. And in Liaoning Province, it is necessary to avoid and solve the previous ecological problems in the process of urbanization.In the background of comprehensive advancement of the new urbanization, it analyzed the ecological problems in the process of urbanization in Liaoning Province based on the theory of ecological ethics. In order to achieve the goal of urbanization construction, it put forward the countermeasures to solve the problem of ecological ethics and considered to change people’s ecological ethics as a starting point.This paper focused on the ecological problems in the process of urbanization in Liaoning Province, and clarified the importance of ecological ethics in urbanization construction. It developed that the ethical causes of ecological problems are the wrong justice of ecological values, lack of ecological and environmental protection knowledge, insufficient ecological culture, and unsound legal system. Moreover, it proposed that we should follow the principles of ecological harmony, environmental justice, ecological ethics, ecological sustainable development to build a new urbanization. By ecological ethics education, this paper expects to realize the implementation of ecological performance evaluation and corporate culture to establish citizen’s correct ecological ethics and values; establish a new concept of justice in order to achieve ecological justice; strengthen the relevant institution building to protect the new urbanization in standardization. It is hopeful to build an ecological and cultural urbanization in Liaoning.
