Using The System Dynamics To Study The Construction Ways Of Cultural Creative Industry Talents Team

As an intellectual capital, talents have overstepped former material capital and been an important index to value the comprehensive strength of one country or region, which attracts people’s extensive attention. In cultural creative industry, the talent has also been the decisive key index on industry development. For this reason, research talent team of cultural creative industry should be the first to be affected.From the aspect of System Dynamics, talent team of cultural creative industry is formed from the interaction of four subsystems, including society, government, enterprise and school. This thesis finds that talent team of cultural creative industry in Anhui Province is staying in infrastructural stage by questionnaire survey on this field. And the main factors that restrict its development are social tolerance, social environment, legal environment, enterprise system, college education and so on. Therefore, this thesis proposes the concept of establishing civilized and healthful city in creative stage to facilitate the training and introduction of high-level cultural creative talents. Establish competitive enterprise salary & welfare system and strengthen quality-oriented education and vocational education to improve the unfavorable factors, and put forward the society-the government-enterprise-school four integrative linkage model construction in Anhui Province as the shortest path of the cultural creative industry personnel, and solid foundation of economic development in cultural creative industry in Anhui Province.
