Mindfulness training is a physical and mental training methods and it’s from Oriental Zen Thoughts, it is emphasized that the attitude of the current internal and external events is no criticize and acceptance, the training method has a positive impact on the individual of emotional and cognitive The executive function is an advanced cognitive function, and it includes three sub functions. It plays an important role on people’s living and learning, some researches show that executive function damage can cause some problems, such as the emotional problems, memory, problem solving, many mental disorders have also been confirmed by having a certain relationship with the executive function. This paper attempts to explore the effects of mindfulness training to the executive function of college students.This study uses a randomized controlled design, and it lengthways studies the subjects, who are about the changes of executive function before and after the eight-week mindfulness training. Based on the research purposes, we select forty university students, and randomly divides them into experimental group and controlling group, the experimental group have mindfulness training once a week,every time have nifty minutes, and train eight weeks mindfulness group counseling.And the controlling group should wait for eight weeks. Before and after 8 weeks, the two groups need to finish the pretest and posttest, it includes Stroop task, More-odd shifting task, and N-back task. After the post-test is completed, the controlling group will take the mindfulness group counselingConclude:(1)Mindfulness training can significantly improve the suppression of college students.(2)Mindfulness training can significantly improve the partial conversion function of college students. People accomplishes a task that only a conversion function, after eight weeks of mindfulness training, that ability of the experimental group members has improved; if people complete a task and the task needs to twice or more timesconversion, after eight weeks of mindfulness training, that ability of the experimental group members has not improved.(3)Mindfulness training can significantly improve the partial refresh function of college students. People accomplishes a task that only a refresh function, after eight weeks of mindfulness training, that ability of the experimental group members has improved; if people complete a task and the task needs to twice or more times refresh function, after eight weeks of mindfulness training, that ability of the experimental group members has not improved.(4)Mindfulness training can significantly improve the partial executive functions of college students.
