| The couple of adverb,such as“Bian(便)”,“Zhi(直)”,“Jiu(就)”,“Bi(必)”,“Cheng(诚)”,have a evolution from certain semantic to hypothetical semantic.This paper focuses on the closely contact of semantics,pragmatics and grammar,studies the evolution path from certain semantic to hypothetical semantic and mutagenic factors of the path through two kinds of analyses,which are from certain adverb to Zong Yu(纵予)conjunction and from certain adverb to narrow hypothetical conjunction.This paper includes five parts:The first part is the introductory chapter that states the subject investigated and research status.Subject investigated of this paper is the development from certain adverb to hypothetical conjunction(generalization).Certain adverb is included in the mood adverb.Hypothetical conjunction(generalization)includes Zong Yu(纵予)conjunction and narrow hypothetical conjunction(such as the meaning of“if”).The second part is the evolution from certain adverb to Zong Yu(纵予)conjunction.This part explores the source and evolution path of Zong Yu(纵予)conjunction with“Jishi(即使)”meaning that contains the hypothetical semantic feature through the case study of“Bian(便)”,“Zhi(直)”,“Ji(即)”,“Jiu(就)”.The third part is the evolution from certain adverb to hypothetical conjunction. In this part, hypothetical conjunction actually is the narrow hypothetical conjunction that is like the meaning of “if”. “Bi(必)” and“Cheng(诚)” that have the evolution path which is from certain adverb to hypothetical conjunction are the representatives.The fourth part is the factors of the evolution from certain adverb to hypothetical conjunction. Through the case study before the paper, it could summarize that cognitive factor which includes psychological presupposition, metaphorical mechanism, analogy mechanism and syntactic factors are the important factors of the development from certain adverb to hypothetical conjunction.The fifth part is the conclusion, it summarizes the whole content of the paper. |
