Work-family conflict refers to the incompatibility of roles when individuals face the pressure of multiple roles,which leads to the tension and imbalance of roles,and then has a negative impact on work and family.Previous studies have found that work-family conflict will increase turnover intention.However,how does work-family conflict affect turnover intention,especially from the perspective of managers,is there any way to alleviate the impact of work-family conflict on turnover intention?Combined with previous studies,this study explored the influence of work-family conflict on turnover intention and its mechanism through in-depth interviews with 10 employees and questionnaires with 487 employees.The results show that: firstly,the work-family conflict of enterprise employees positively predicts the turnover intention,that is,the higher the work-family conflict,the higher the turnover intention;Secondly,work-family conflict affects turnover intention through job satisfaction,that is,workfamily conflict enhances turnover intention by reducing job satisfaction;Thirdly,familysupported leadership behavior moderates the relationship between work-family conflict and job satisfaction,specifically,family-supported leadership behavior alleviates the negative impact of work-family conflict on job satisfaction;Fourthly,family-supported leadership behavior moderates the relationship between work-family conflict and turnover intention.Specifically,family-supported leadership behavior weakens the influence of work-family conflict on turnover intention.Through in-depth interviews and questionnaires,this study explores the mechanism of work-family conflict on turnover intention of employees in enterprises,which provides a path for improving enterprise management,reducing employment costs,improving job satisfaction and performance,and it also provides a reference for promoting enterprise employee well-being and social harmony.
