Peng Bin is a poet in the late Ming Dynasty. As a senior statesman of Ji Association and Fu Association, he also is one of The Six Man in Ji Association. He was born in a prominent family in Yun Jian, and was famous of his talent in literature when he was young. Overall Peng Bin’s literary theory and poetry creation are agreed with the purpose of "retro" in Yun Jian sect, but he still has his personal characteristics. He created many poems but lost a lot in the hustle and bustle of his life. The existing "Peng Yanyou’s four article sets and one poetry collection ", also known as "The manuscript found after lost", was compiled by his grandson Peng Shichao; otherwise the National Library stores up "Ou Cun Cao" of two volumes was compiled by Wu Weiye and Jiang gai.Previous studies have no systematically research on Peng bin, this paper tries to set a precedent, do an all-round study of Peng bin. Based on the detailed historical materials, the textual combine the research and discussion, link work at selected spots with that in entire areas, run a comparative analysis and with other methods to restore the historical facts. After that, this paper has an over-all investigation into Peng Bin’s family, life and friends, making a detailed analysis of his literature, poetry creation. This paper is divided into four chapters, the first two chapters focus on the Peng Bin family, life story and making friends with detail research, the last two chapters focuses on the idea of literature, poetry interpretation with different methods. I believe that through the efforts; can make the thorough understanding of Peng Bin in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasty history of literature value. This paper can play an important role in Researching literature, club activities and state of mind of Yun Jian sect in late Ming and early Qing Dynasty.
