In teaching Chinese as a foreign language, polyphone has always been the focus of the teacher’s teaching, as well as learners of a difficulty, Non- native speaker of Chinese learners to grasp skilled. Investigate its reason, mainly have two aspects: on the one hand is polyphone multifarious, the rule of sound casual and bad master, on the other hand is Non- native speaker of Chinese learners to polyphone definition does not have a clear understanding, and even many Non- native speaker of Chinese learners think that some change after the word belongs to polyphone language flow. Polyphone brought great trouble to the Non- native speaker of Chinese learners, it is also makes us feel from the angle of teaching Chinese as a foreign language to study polyphone is very necessary.This paper consists of four chapters. First chapter is the introduction of the selected topic background, the domestic teaching Chinese as a foreign language polyphone analyzes the research status quo, research purpose and meaning. The research contents, research methods and objects of this article also do with replacement. The second chapter is the new HSK5000 word classification dictionary: 1-3 polyphone quantity statistics and its significance in the analysis, and put forward the Chinese efl learners in special phenomena appeared in the process of contact polyphone, do analysis and explanation. The third chapter is the Non- native speaker of Chinese learners to investigate polyphone master situation, according to the questionnaire to test the Non- native speaker of Chinese learners polyphone misreading cause and analyzed. On a misreading cause analysis of Non- native speaker of Chinese learners, on the basis of the fourth chapter puts forward the strategies should be used in teaching Chinese as a foreign language and the suggestion, mainly puts forward the teaching method should be used in many Chinese as a foreign language and it should be noted.
