Finally, using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) to check the concentration of monoamine oxidase A and histamine,in addition to determination the enzyme activity of monoamine oxidase A.Results:(1)The levels of GABA、Glu、DA、5-HT and NE in brain in IGD group showed significant lower than the control group(p<0.05),The levels of INH were significantly higher than the control group(p<0.001).(2)The enzymatic activity of monoamine oxidase A in plasma in IGD group is significantly lower than control group(p<0.01).(3)The content of histamine in plasma in IGD group is significantly higher than control group(p<0.001).(4) Both the total score of Aggression Questionnaire and dimensions of “physical aggression”, “verbal attack”,” anger”,” hostility”, and “aggression pointing to oneself” in IGD group are significantly higher than control group(p<0.05)(5)The total scores of Aggression Questionnaire of IGD group were significant negatively correlated with the level of serotonin、dopamine and norepinephrine in the brain(p<0.001).(6)The total scores of Aggression Questionnaire of IGD group were significant negatively correlated with “enzymatic activity of monoamine oxidase A”(p<0.01),and positively correlated with “ content of histamine”(p<0.05).(7)The result of stepwise analysis showed that the dimensions of “the level of dopamine in the brain” 、“the level of serotonin in the brain” and“the level of norepinephrine in the brain” had significantly negative impact on the aggression of IGD adolescents(p<0.05).(8)The total score of aggression questionnaire have significant difference in IGD group with different types of games(P < 0.01).(9) After further multiple comparisons, it is found that the total score of aggression questionnaire in Action Game group and Shooting Game group is higher than that in Real-Time Strategy Game group and Multiplayer Online Battle Arena Games group(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1) The aggression of adolescents with Internet gaming addiction is higher(2)The aggression of adolescents with Internet gaming addiction was significantly negative with the level of serotonin, norepinephrine and dopamine in the brain;(3) The aggression of adolescents with Internet gaming addiction was significantly positive with the content of histamine, and significantly negative with the enzymatic activity of monoamine oxidase A;(4) The aggression of Internet gaming addiction adolescents attack with different types of games is different, aggression in Action Game group and Shooting Game group is the highest.
