The Research On Ethical Issues Of Modern Electronic Finance And Payment Industry

For the development and survive, a state must pay high attention to building the financial capacity to ensure financial security, especially to handle the ethical regulations in the financial system. Chinese Modern Electronic Finance and Payment Industry(hereinafter referred to as Electronic Financial Payment Industry) is a gradual emerging industry with the reform and opening up and the deepening development of economic system reform. At the present stage, the electronic financial payment is the most visible and direct terms of financial impact to the life of general public. However, with widely used in the field of electronic financial payment of modern information technology, the ethical construction and development of electronic financial payment industry facing a series of new problems and new challenges, for instance, the malicious competition among the companies, the companies and employees with low quality who selling the information of customers, stealing the funds of client, the leaders of enterprise abscond with the money, etc., and in order to pursuit profit, some financial institutions and professionals at any cost, with greedy behavior and illegal trading without restriction and self-discipline, caused that the whole financial system into crisis, even the entire industries have paid a heavy price. Electronic financial payment industry related to the financial security of a state, and crucial to the quality of life of the general public, which makes ethical issues of electronic financial payment industry become the key issues during the development process that need to be addressed. How to achieve comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development and addressing the ethical issues of electronic financial payment industry in China, have become important issues.Modern electronic financial payment industry as a new force suddenly rise in the ranks of the financial industry, the ethical issues of it were the micro-branch to the studies of financial ethics and had become an important part to the research of financial ethics. This article mainly selected five dimensions, "Justice", "Equality", "Integrity", "Ethical Leadership", "Social Responsibility", and using the method of documentation analysis, combined with the work experiences and practical investigations of the author, with the actual practice of four different types of electronic financial payment companies, explore and analyze the ethical issues of electronic financial payment industry, summarize the characteristics of ethical issues, find out the underlying reasons, and try to provide valuable solutions to the ethical issues of electronic financial payment industry through five aspects, the point of views of legislation(construction of systemic ethics), self-regulation(construction of industrial ethics), administrative regulation(construction of regulatory ethics), internal control of enterprise(construction of ethical leadership) and social supervision(construction of ethics of public opinion), to promote the development of modern electronic financial payment industry in China rapidly and healthily, finally to promote the economy of China moving forward steadily.
